  Teaching Cycle Model Teaching is an extremely complex art.so, the teacher should be well equipped with different  learning strategies and well acknowledged  about her material content. And one of the vital things that influences the learning process and the classroom climate is the teacher's preparation.  A well prepared teacher can have her time and activities organized and can maintain students' cooperation and can effectively  confront discipline problems. For having a well, organized and affective preparation, the teacher should follow the "Teaching Cycle Model". Teaching cycle consists of six stages: 1. 1st stage: Determine students' needs 2. 2nd stage: Determine learning goal 3. 3rd stage: Design for learning activities 4. 4th stage: Prepare for learning activity  5. 5th stage: Conduct learning activity 6. 6th stage: Evaluation students' achievement of goals 

  Lab Safety Lab is considered one of the most effective learning inquiries. Students show interest and motivation when they are asked to conduct or join a laboratory session. The lab offers students the opportunity to do and practice sciences rather than memorizing it. Students will understand the learning concept by applying and experiencing it following the inquiry steps. Knowing that the inquiry steps are:1.  Questioning, 2. Hypothesizing or predicting 3. experiencing 4. Observing 5. Analyzing 6. concluding.  However, As much as it is important to embed lab in learning, it is  important too to follow the lab safety rules and to inform students about it. Lab safety is necessary since many toxics , poisoners, chemical, harmful tools and  flammable substances are found in the lab.  Here in the poster below, I'd like to share with you some of lab safety rules to follow and share during lab sessions. 

  Technology Saved Learning Nowadays more than before, technology becomes a vital need in our life. Not only in business, medical and commercial sides but also it becomes a vital necessity in education. It is right that technology was involved in education before and it was rich with  learning sites and tools but, after Covid-19 pandemic, distant learning becomes no more a choice.  All schools, private and public ones evenly, started teaching from a distance using different educational platforms. All students all over the world and from different levels and ages ought to use their small screens (laptops, cellphones, tablets...) to receive learning. distant learning helps in the persistence of teaching in a time direct teaching can threaten our health. Thus,  we can say that technology saved one of our life priorities which is education.    Technology

  Sciences and Inquiries  My passion in science and curiosity to know about what surrounds me had inspired me to share this passion with others and to be a science teacher. I love being a science teacher but what I love more is seeing such a lovely sparkle in my students' eyes while they are learning sciences.  During the science class, students need to do sciences rather than studying it. Doing sciences is implemented by enriching our learning activities with inquiry activities where students are involved in the learning process. Inquiry activities are based on questioning, hypothesizing or predicting, experiencing, observing, analyzing and finally concluding. Inquiries can be implemented in all subjects and in different ways. Involving students in the learning process, by applying inquiry activities, enable them to achieve and acquire the learning objectives easier and for a long term.     

  It is an important step to start your scholastic year with some classroom standards and routine procedures. Standards for classroom conducts provide students with general guidelines for the types of behaviors that are required and those that are prohibited. Classroom standards should be stated in a meaningful and purposeful way. in addition, four to eight standards are preferable to a large number of narrow rules. Formulating your classroom standards at the onset of a school term has some advantages: 1.Some  students' off-task behaviors will not have time to emerge. 2. Students are more receptive to school rules and discipline at the beginning of school year. 3. Students have more time to practice following the standards if they knew it earlier.   A good teacher can make a world difference in a students’ life, impacting everything from their classroom learning to their long term success. Teachers should have PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge), that’s mean, the teacher should possesses both the knowledge in the educational material content and the appropriate strategies or pedagogy to pass this knowledge into their learners. They have to offer the learning concepts in a well-developed and organized way. They are responsible for establishing the favorable climate that is conductive to students cooperatively engaging in the business of learning. As well as, teachers are life-long learners, so frequently they should update their knowledge and skills and stay tuned in all what is new regarding education. Good teachers nurture their knowledge and skills through constant and deliberate efforts.

  While you are teaching you are dealing with at least 30 students from different backgrounds and home lives, you are dealing with at least 30 different mental, cognitive, behavioral and social differences. The teacher should be well prepared with several learning strategies from diversified learning styles. Knowing that there are three main different learning styles: the auditory, the tactile or kinesthetic and the visual learning style.  consequently, she/ he will be sure that all or at least 90% of her students are capable of understanding and achieving the learning objectives. The teacher’s ability to develop a planned and meaningful strategies to engage all students in learning activities and establish a suitable cooperative classroom climate scales the teacher’s success an efficiency in education process. 

  Teaching is an extremely complex art. It is about a change, the change that brought about developing a new skill, understanding a scientific law, changing an attitude. Now more ever, success is determined by an individual’s ability not only to read and write, but also to frame and solve complex problems and continually learn new skills.  Good teachers are integral to children’s intellectual and social development and possesses the ability to teach in ways that help children reach high levels of competence. It is an accepted fact that teachers are usually not born but made. Good teachers nurture their knowledge and skills through constant and deliberate efforts. One of the prerequisite to be a good teacher is to understand the teaching process in more depth.
