Teaching is an extremely complex art.so, the teacher should be well equipped with different  learning strategies and well acknowledged  about her material content. And one of the vital things that influences the learning process and the classroom climate is the teacher's preparation. 

A well prepared teacher can have her time and activities organized and can maintain students' cooperation and can effectively  confront discipline problems. For having a well, organized and affective preparation, the teacher should follow the "Teaching Cycle Model". Teaching cycle consists of six stages:

1. 1st stage: Determine students' needs

2. 2nd stage: Determine learning goal

3. 3rd stage: Design for learning activities

4. 4th stage: Prepare for learning activity 

5. 5th stage: Conduct learning activity

6. 6th stage: Evaluation students' achievement of goals

Learning Diversity

  While you are teaching you are dealing with at least 30 students from different backgrounds and home lives, you are dealing with at least 30 different mental, cognitive, behavioral and social differences. The teacher should be well prepared with several learning strategies from diversified learning styles. Knowing that there are three main different learning styles: the auditory, the tactile or kinesthetic and the visual learning style.  consequently, she/ he will be sure that all or at least 90% of her students are capable of understanding and achieving the learning objectives. The teacher’s ability to develop a planned and meaningful strategies to engage all students in learning activities and establish a suitable cooperative classroom climate scales the teacher’s success an efficiency in education process.

Now more ever, success is determined by an individual’s ability not only to read and write, but also to frame and solve complex problems and continually learn new skills.  Good teachers are integral to children’s intellectual and social development and possesses the ability to teach in ways that help children reach high levels of competence. It is an accepted fact that teachers are usually not born but made. Good teachers nurture their knowledge and skills through constant and deliberate efforts.
